The 2025 phase focuses on the left wing of the Palazzo. After completing the gardens, the pool, and the kitchen entrances about eight years ago, this new phase concentrates on expanding the interiors and reclaiming previously unused areas. The most striking feature is an olive press located inside the building. Originally a 19th-century space for horses and carriages, it was converted into an olive mill in the late 20th century. Three original hydraulic presses have been preserved and integrated into the new living area, where the Osaka sofa by La Cividina and sculptural double-H iron benches highlight the space’s industrial character.

Access to the mill is through a star-vaulted room featuring an iron table designed in continuity with the first renovation phase. From here, one can enter the main living room or the dining room, a long vaulted space dominated by a large iron table illuminated by custom lighting by Nassi. The dining room overlooks a revitalized linear garden closed by a cypress.
The sleeping area, accessed from the courtyard, includes vaulted rooms with delicate wall glazes and striking bathrooms featuring brick showers and custom eleven-sided bathtubs. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—including a suite with a fireplace—feature unexpected bathrooms created from former containment basins, now transformed into a bathtub and freestanding counter-walls that preserve the memory of the place.
